On 1st March 2023, Japotech celebrates its sixth Anniversary. We are grateful to our hard working staff, loyal customers, great partners and well-wishers who have made the company reach this far; surviving difficult years of COVID-19 pandemic and the turbulent global economic conditions of the recent past.
During the past one year, Japotech obtained ISO45001:2018 certification to guarantee good working conditions to its staff. This happened together with renewal of ISO9001:2015 certification following the first 3 years of using the previous certification. ISO9001:2015 gives the company the quality operations and service delivery, required to conform to its slogan of “Quality and Cost Effectiveness”. All this was achieved due to support from International Trade Center (ITC’s) Netherlands Trust Fund V (NTFV) Fast Track project
Given the increasing capacity of the company in the delivery of ICT services, Japotech was able to deliver its biggest project since inception, collaborating with international partners. Japotech was able to export its services to the United Kingdom (UK), meeting the stringent requirements of the customers. We appreciate the support our customers such as MTN, Liquid Intelligent Technologies, ATC, Blencowe and all other customers.
Our hardworking and committed team who live the company values of Relationships, Integrity, Passion, Excellence and Recognition, code named R.I.P.E.R, shall strive relentlessly to make the next year a greater one by entrenching Japotech offerings in Uganda, East African region and other distant markets.
